Qualifications

• At least 6 years of civil engineering design experience.
• 3 years serving as the central design figure and mentor.
• EIT certification required; PE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical strategist for civil engineering projects.
• Develop and refine technical processes and methodologies.
• Mentor staff and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Oversee team members and conduct staff reviews.
• Conduct technical reviews of engineering deliverables.
