Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Waste Management Practice.

You will lead project teams, oversee civil engineering design tasks for solid waste facilities, and manage budgets, schedules, and client communications from early concepts through construction. You will mentor staff, support professional development, and work with management to tailor your career path with mentoring and growth opportunities within a large-firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 10+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineering License (P.E.), with registration in PA or ability to obtain preferred.
• Expert in technical software and Civil Engineering technology, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software, and geotechnical modeling software.
• Established clients/contacts in the Solid Waste client sectors.
• Experience in scope of service and budget (proposal) development, and demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing), including experience communicating with staff, clients, contractors, and government regulatory officials.
• Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process.
