Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects across multiple sites in California. You will guide technical teams, manage client relationships, and drive project delivery from proposal to closure.

The role emphasizes leadership in sites impacted by chlorinated solvents, with responsibilities spanning technical investigations, risk assessments, RI/FS, and regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a relevant engineering/science field.
• 12+ years of environmental consulting experience with 7+ years in remediation project leadership.
• Experience managing projects from proposal through closure and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale environmental remediation programs including soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and safety plans; monitor financial performance.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop and present technical findings to clients and stakeholders.
