Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance programs across soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor air for chlorinated solvent sites. You will manage budgets, teams, and client relationships while expanding service opportunities across industrial, aerospace, and government clients.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in environmental consulting, with 7+ years in remediation project

Qualifications

• S. or M.S. in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology, or related field.
• 12+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 7+ years managing complex remediation projects.
• Demonstrated success managing projects exceeding $500K to $5M+ annually.
• Significant chlorinated solvent investigation and remediation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale environmental remediation projects from proposal through closure.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and health and safety plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, hydrogeologists, risk assessors, and environmental scientists.
• Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, profitability, utilization, and forecasting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, laboratories, drilling contractors, and remediation vendors.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
