Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. in Thousand Oaks, California, is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex environmental investigations, remediation, and compliance projects addressing chlorinated solvent contaminants in soil, groundwater, and indoor air.

You will provide technical leadership, client management, project delivery, and business development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with major industrial, aerospace, and government clients.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology, or related field.
• 12+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 7+ years managing complex remediation projects.
• Significant chlorinated solvent investigation and remediation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale environmental remediation projects from proposal through closure.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and health and safety plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, hydrogeologists, risk assessors, and environmental scientists.
• Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, profitability, utilization, and forecasting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, laboratories, drilling contractors, and remediation vendors.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.
