Job summary

Saiia Construction, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager with 7–10+ years in heavy civil. The role is field-based with up to 75% travel, located in Birmingham, AL or remote with travel across the Southeast. You will manage client relations, project schedules, budgets, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have CCR experience and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. A vehicle allowance and per diem are provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field-based projects and meet client needs.
• Plan, organize and staff key field positions with division leadership.
• Monitor project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate liaison with clients, subcontractors and vendors to facilitate construction.
• Prepare status reports, field change requests and as-built drawings as required.
• Ensure documentation and records are maintained throughout the project.
