CRH plc, via Staker Parson Companies, seeks a mid-level to senior Project Manager to oversee large heavy civil construction projects ranging from $50M to $300M. You will guide planning, budgeting, and scheduling from start to finish, coordinating with construction managers, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in civil construction; at least 5 years in PM/Segment Manager/Area Manager on heavy civil projects.
• Experience with DOT/public infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Knowledge of Alternative Delivery methods (Design-Build, CMAR, Progressive Design-Build).
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus; ability to travel within Utah as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to meet milestones and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and control expenditures; handle invoices and change orders.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the project team; foster safety, accountability, and collaboration.
• Select and oversee subcontractors; negotiate subcontracts and manage performance.
• Prepare, submit, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress payments.
