Saiia Construction, a MasTec company, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager focused on heavy civil and earthwork. This role can be based in Birmingham, AL or Nashville, TN, or remote with travel across the Southeast.

You will lead field teams, plan and staff projects, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution while maintaining client relationships and safety standards. The position offers a vehicle allowance, per diem for travel, and opportunities within MasTec Clean Energy &

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in a senior construction role.
• Experience in heavy civil and earthwork is required.
• Ability to read designs and interpret drawings.
• Proficient with project controls, budgeting and scheduling.
