Job summary

Saiia Construction, a MasTec company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Coal Combustion Residuals) for remote work with travel across the Southeast US. The role focuses on heavy civil projects, schedule, budget, and client coordination.

Travel up to 75% to project sites may be required. Ideal candidate has 7-10+ years PM experience in heavy civil, CCR experience preferred, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and PM experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera and estimating software.
• Knowledge of mass grading, earthwork, and infrastructure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based projects with client and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage schedule, budget, and change orders to protect project outcomes.
• Prepare and review documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
