Job summary

Top Shelf Project Management is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a ground-up resort development in the Caribbean. This on-site role requires relocation to the project site to oversee construction and ensure delivery on schedule and budget.

Experience in inspection and logistics, strong leadership and communication are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to coordinate with diverse teams across North America and the Caribbean.

With over a decade of experience, we provide tailored project management services from new construction to renovation with a focus on delivering successful outcomes while maximizing client investments.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at Top Shelf Project Management. The project manager will need to relocate to the project. Housing and work visas will be provided. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing ground-up construction at one of our Caribbean resort projects.
