Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the capital projects team at Georgetown University. Lead utility infrastructure projects on campus, coordinating with university stakeholders, ENGIE colleagues, and contractors to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.

You will prepare reports, conduct meetings, manage contracts for design and construction, and drive project teams including internal staff and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years managing construction/maintenance projects.
• PMP Certification encouraged or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and construct contracts with detailed scopes and provisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, engineers, architects, and contractors on project execution.
• Identify and prioritize projects with Program Manager and Operations leadership.
