Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Manager of Project Delivery at Georgetown University to lead a diverse portfolio of capital utility projects, overseeing design through commissioning and ensuring safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence.

You will guide project teams across chilled water, steam, electrical, HVAC, and renewables, coordinate with university stakeholders, and drive risk management and reporting to maximize campus value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 7+ years leading capital utility/infrastructure projects; or 10+ years with a high school diploma.
• Hybrid work eligibility; travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of capital utility projects aligned with ENGIE and University plans.
• Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, promoting safety and professional growth.
• Oversee budgets, scopes, and schedules to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Directors and Managers to align resources and priorities.
• Provide portfolio forecasting, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Act as project sponsor, guiding delivery teams and escalation support.
• Collaborate with Development during planning for constructability and budgeting.
• Engage Procurement, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant contracting and reporting.
