Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects on Georgetown University campuses and a hospital, overseeing electrical, civil or industrial utility infrastructure initiatives valued from $100k to $100M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science engineering degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing construction or maintenance projects.
• PMP certification desired or pursued.
• Hybrid work policy may apply depending on project activities.
• Experience with safety standards and ENGIE policies.
• Ability to develop work packages including scope, change management, QA/QC, materials, drawings.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and construct contracts including development of specifications and scope in coordination with Contracts Management and Procurement.
• Coordinate with University stakeholders, ENGIE colleagues, engineers, architects, firms, and contractors to develop and execute projects.
• Partner with Program Manager and Operations leadership to identify, justify, and prioritize potential projects.
