Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking a Project Manager for Buildings & Facilities in Herndon, VA. This senior PM will coordinate engineering resources, manage budgets and schedules, and lead client relationships across multiple buildings projects in a collaborative, ESOP company environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating design teams and subconsultants, tracking progress, and driving project performance to meet client expectations while seeking new opportunities for repeat

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture; Licensed PE or Architect is a plus
• 10+ years' experience in design/construction PM of multidiscipline teams
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external engineering resources, agencies, and client staffing to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and design/construction teams
• Develop client relationships to set up and pursue new business opportunities
• Coordinate with team members to meet milestones and quality guidelines
• Oversee multiple multidiscipline projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and budgets
• Provide direction to internal design teams and external subconsultants
• Lead project financial management, reviews, and reporting
• Consult on marketing processes including proposals and interviews
