The Project Manager/Engineer will oversee scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects, acting as a technical advisor and coordinating with clients and the project team. Immigration sponsorship is not available except TN visa eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in a construction-related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architectural, or related field.
• Professional Engineer License; CCM and LEED AP are highly desirable.
• OSHA Certifications; experience with government agencies a plus.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and P3 project delivery.
• Experience leading multidiscipline project teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide construction management oversight across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate client, subs, and internal team; prepare bid packages.
• Lead marketing proposals and business development activities.
• Oversee staff and manage sub-consultants and resources.
• Review contractor invoicing and project costs.
