Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies in Westborough, MA is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team from start to finish. You will manage scope, schedule, and finances while guiding engineers and coordinating with customers.

The role requires hands-on project leadership, strong communication, and experience with HVAC systems, P&IDs, and industrial controls. Onsite work with travel and a competitive base salary is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar."
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margins and financial health.
• Establish and monitor project schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Draft change orders and manage invoices.
• Coordinate resources and staffing with group managers.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Balance finances, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Support development of project management tools.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Contribute to QMS processes.
