Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our culture of growth. You will plan, schedule and direct assigned projects across engineering, field install and start-up, while protecting timelines and budgets.

The role interfaces with customers to ensure safety, quality and satisfaction, with opportunities to mentor staff and lead high-impact accounts. A college degree or equivalent experience is required, along with extensive PM experience in technical environments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant engineering, field service or project management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of mentoring others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct projects, including application engineering, field installation and start-up.
• Ensure projects are executed within budget and time constraints to maintain positive cash flow.
• Serve as primary customer interface, maximizing satisfaction, safety and quality on all projects.
• Handle high-responsibility accounts with direct reports and potential for leadership of a team.
• Perform other duties as required by project needs and company goals.
