• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of major-project experience, including BESS, power generation, substations, or complex electrical infrastructure.
• Strong coordination of cross-functional teams and issue resolution.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project systems; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead or manage battery energy storage project execution (BESS) with gas generation portfolio in ERCOT.
• Develop and maintain project execution plan, schedule, budget, risk log, and dashboard.
• Define scopes, support RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, and contract readiness.
• Act as Owner’s representative with EPCs, OEMs, engineering firms, utilities, and regulators.
• Coordinate Development, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Safety teams.
• Oversee design reviews, constructability, value engineering, and issue resolution.
• Track long-lead equipment, fabrication, logistics, and site readiness.
• Lead status reviews, communicate progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure proper project records and turnover to Operations.
