Job summary

Zobility is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Director of Projects in planning, execution, and monitoring of high-priority initiatives. Based in Harper Woods for now, with a future location in Auburn Hills, you will guide complex projects from initiation through completion and mentor junior staff.

The role centers on coordinating activities across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to deliver on-time, within budget results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of project management experience in automotive/manufacturing/engineering settings.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Ability to track budgets, schedules and resources.
Proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project activities under the Director of Projects for a portfolio averaging $40M.
Mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
Develop schedules, manage budgets and resources, and ensure deadlines.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate with teams and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and manufacturing.
