Required are a engineering/business degree and 5–7 years of automotive development experience, plus knowledge of V-cycle standards, vehicle electronics, and embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field is required.
• 5-7 years knowledge of automotive development.
• Development Standards knowledge (V cycle).
• Financial skills on Development costs, Product costs and Manufacturing costs.
• Knowledge of vehicle electronics and embedded systems.
• Successful development experience as OEM application Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to meet profitability, quality, timing and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate resources and budgets; oversee internal and customer changes.
• Escalate issues and drive timely decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead project team evaluations and coaching for P1/P2 projects.
• Interact with customers to report progress and maintain relationships.
