Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture is required.
• Architectural licensure is preferred.
• LEED AP accreditation is a plus.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD including construction documents experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including recent experience with retail projects.
• Experience leading both interior design and architectural projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client, team, and project coordination and communication for multiple fast-paced projects with emphasis on time management.
• Exhibit advanced technical problem-solving capabilities regarding building construction and technologies.
• Mentor and motivate employees to grow in design, technical, and leadership skills.
• Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a calm but urgent manner.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Navigate approvals, production schedules, and project close-outs.
