Job summary

Bergmeyer | B Corp™ is seeking a technically savvy Project Manager to lead Hospitality and Restaurant projects based in our Boston or Los Angeles office. You will drive design development, manage client relations, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional spaces.

The ideal candidate brings architecture training, Revit proficiency, and 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture required or equivalent.
• Licensure preferred; LEED AP a plus.
• Proven Revit experience and construction documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead multiple hospitality/restaurant projects.
• Manage client, team, and project coordination for fast-paced timelines.
• Oversee design development and construction documents with consultants and vendors.
• Ensure budgets and schedules are tracked and met.
• Navigate brand standards and client requirements across projects.
• Lead in-house teams, site surveys, and entitlement reviews as needed.
• Support approvals with building and zoning departments.
• Perform construction phase services and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture
• Architecture Licensure preferred
• LEED AP accreditation a plus
• Proficiency with Revit including proven experience in construction documentation development
• 8+ or years of relevant experience
• Experience leading both interior design and architectural projects

Essential Skills And Responsibilities

• Manage client, team, and project coordination and communication for multiple fast paced projects at a given time
• Exhibit advanced technical problem-solving capabilities regarding building construction and technologies
• Technical expertise regarding the coordination between landlord and consultants, including MEP, structural, and civil engineers
• Manage project finances for internal and external budgets
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with clients
• Meets deadlines with high quality, thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with navigating brand standards and working with brand-focused clients
• Familiarity with client standards and the ability to apply them thoughtfully to project-specific requirements is preferred.
• Lead in house team with preparation of existing conditions site surveys and full entitlements code and accessibility reviews as part of due diligence
• Manage preparation of design development, and construction documents with project team, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Successfully navigate building and zoning departments regarding project approvals
• Perform construction phase services and project close-out

Travel is required.

• The base salary will be estimated to be between $80,000 - $101,000 contingent on relevant experience plus variable bonus and benefits.
