Job summary

Todd & Associates, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects from concept through construction, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver design excellence on time and on budget.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate across consultants and contractors, manage risks, and ensure quality control while maintaining strong client relationships and profitable project delivery.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of architectural and project management experience.
  • Experience leading complex projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Strong technical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout all phases of project delivery.
  • Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, team coordination, and ongoing communication.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client goals.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate efforts among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and reviewing agencies.
  • Oversee construction administration activities and help resolve project challenges.
  • Ensure project compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control reviews to maintain high project standards.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and profitability.
  • Manage change orders, additional service authorizations, and contract modifications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project invoicing.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while protecting the interests of both the client and the firm.Inspire, mentor, and support project team members to achieve their professional and project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team environment.
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
  • Encourage continuous learning and adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients and project teams.
