The successful candidate will manage high-end residential projects from concept to completion and must possess excellent communication, AutoCad skills, and a strong work ethic. Experience with NYC building codes and custom residential design, including millwork detailing, is essential. The role offers opportunities to mentor junior staff and requires proficiency in both Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Create filing sets, detailed construction documents and bid sets for high-end custom residential projects.
• Experience with NYC building codes is required.
• Previous experience in custom residential design and detailing with extensive millwork is a must.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead new high-end residential projects from concept through completion.
• Manage and oversee all architectural aspects of projects.
• Work directly with the principal and mentor junior architects and designers.
