Job summary

FOX NXT is FOX Entertainment's next-generation technology studio, expanding what our creative teams can achieve. The Project Manager will manage intake, plan ownership, track delivery, and ensure timely decisions across creative, production, technical, and business teams.

You will work in a growing team with evolving priorities, maintain structured processes, and apply AI tools to reduce admin work while delivering measurable production impact. Regular, on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in media, entertainment, technology, or related field.
• Track record of delivering complex projects across teams with different priorities.
• Understanding of television/film production; connect creative requirements to execution.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) with judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own project intake and translate requests into clear objectives, scope, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
• Maintain a reliable view of active projects, priorities, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Coordinate across R&D, production, talent, education, and business teams to align resources.
• Identify risks and constraints early; recommend solutions and options.
• Drive follow-through on commitments, approvals, and next steps with accountability.
• Provide concise progress updates on blockers, decisions needed, and outcomes.
