Job summary

FOX Sports is seeking a Director of Media Workflows to run post production and live studio processes while steering a transformation toward AI, automation, and orchestration. You will oversee media teams, edit bays, and capital projects, driving reliability and speed-to-air across multiple platforms.

The role reports to the VP of Media Workflows and focuses on measurable ROI, metadata foundations, and a repeatable pipeline that accelerates production and resilience across FOX Sports’ operations.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in broadcast/post production environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud and hybrid media workflows and cost governance.
Experience deploying AI/ML into production workflows and evaluating outcomes.
Expertise with post production tools, MAM/PAM solutions, and file-based workflows.
Strong background in leading technical teams and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee workflow practices across technical facilities to meet show and event requirements.
Architect and maintain enterprise content management and workflow systems.
Balance high-level objectives with granular, interconnected live production dependencies.
Own capital planning and project delivery for post production and media workflows.
Design agentic and human-in-the-loop workflows with automation as a core outcome.
Run innovation as a repeatable function with proofs-of-concept moving to production.
Lead partnerships and vendor relations to advance workflow tech.
