Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in broadcast and/or post production.
- Hands-on experience with cloud and hybrid media workflows.
- Experience deploying AI/ML into production workflows.
- Strong background with post production tools, MAM/PAM, and file-based workflows.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee post production and live studio workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Lead the transformation to AI, automation, and orchestration across media operations.
- Manage capital projects for improvements across post production and media workflows.
- Partner with Engineering to define reference architecture for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid workloads.
