Job summary

FOX Entertainment’s FoxNXT studio seeks a seasoned Project Manager to turn priorities into action. You will manage intake, plan delivery, and coordinate across R&D, production, talent, education, and business units to move initiatives forward.

You will track progress, manage risks, and communicate clear decisions and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring accountability and effective collaboration in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years of project management experience in media, entertainment, technology, or related field.
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple teams with varying priorities.
• Ability to connect creative requirements to technical and operational execution.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying judgment to outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own project intake and translate requests into clear objectives, scope, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
• Maintain a current view of active projects, priorities, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Coordinate across R&D, production, talent, education, and business teams to align resources.
• Identify risks and conflicting priorities; propose solutions and escalate when needed.
• Drive follow-through on commitments, approvals, and next steps with clear accountability.
• Provide concise progress updates on blockers and outcomes to leadership and teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, and scope changes; reveal impact of changes before commitments.
• Capture requirements, decisions, and lessons learned to improve future projects.
