Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management, strong Agile experience, and fluent English/Spanish communication. A relevant degree and proven leadership are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields.
• Agile methodology required.
• Fully bilingual, English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.
• Process improvement experience and ability to drive efficiencies.
• Ability to influence, facilitate and collaborate with Senior Leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Strong time management, leadership, and budgetary skills.
• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Develop and coordinate project governance arrangement
• Ensure project documentation, deliverables and milestones are up-to-date
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality
• Deliver training and mentor project team members
