Job summary

IDEAnovations LLC in San Juan, PR seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide implementations from initiation to rollout. Role Description

The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience managing a project from start to finish, enterprise wide systems implementations and operation rollouts, resulting in process efficiencies and Improvement. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project

Requirements, Analysis and Design

• Analyze business challenges, processes and systems for improvement opportunities
• Conduct interviews and process design work sessions with business partners and team members and effectively translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Consult with business partners on business case development
• Design effective business solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Design business processes and requirements for software solutions, including functionality, rules, screens (UI) and reports
• Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions
• Evaluates current technologies and methodologies and actively seeks improvements or new approaches to derive new or expanded value

Development, Implementation, Testing, Quality Assurance and Project Management

• Manage projects and partner with IT in the delivery of technical solutions
• Co-ordination of Project Governance arrangement
• Ensure project documentation, deliverables and milestones are complete and up-to-date Develop scripts
• Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Deliver training and mentor project team members
