Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Omaha, NE to lead multi-team initiatives from inception to execution, using agile practices and data-driven decisions. You will guide teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery with clear accountability.

You will partner with vendors, manage risks, and drive execution readiness while communicating effectively up to executive leadership. Onsite role with strong collaboration and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of experience as Project Manager leading complex technology, software, development, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience running agile teams and managing delivery in matrixed team environments.
• Solid understanding of scaled agile practices, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management.
• Experience using Jira reporting, dashboards, metrics, and delivery data to evaluate team health, track progress, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and initiatives across multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and business priorities.
• Manage agile delivery teams using scaled agile practices, including PI Planning, dependency coordination, team alignment, and delivery tracking.
• Break down projects into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership models, and execution paths.
• Coordinate matrixed development teams to ensure priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines are clearly understood and actively managed.
