Qualifikationen

• 7 to 15 years of experience as Project Manager leading complex technology initiatives.
• Strong experience running agile teams in matrixed environments.
• Solid understanding of scaled agile practices including PI Planning.
• Experience using Jira reporting, dashboards, metrics, and delivery data to evaluate team health and progress.
• Ability to break down large initiatives into manageable plans, deliverables, milestones, and execution steps.
• Strong risk management skills and vendor coordination experience.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex projects across multiple teams, workstreams, and priorities.
• Manage agile delivery teams using scaled agile practices (PI Planning, dependencies).
• Break down projects into plans, milestones, ownership models, and execution paths.
• Use Jira reporting, metrics, and health indicators to drive decisions.
• Coordinate matrixed development teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Partner with vendors and external stakeholders to support delivery and launches.
• Identify, mitigate, and expedite risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members to accelerate productivity.
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholder levels from delivery teams to executives.
• Drive launches with readiness activities and cross-functional alignment.
