Concentrix is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our onsite team in Omaha, Nebraska. You will lead enterprise application design and development, guiding teams and shaping key technical decisions with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, React, microservices, REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.

You will work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, high-performing solutions, while driving best practices in design reviews, CI/CD, and modernization efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, design principles, and patterns.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with relational databases and enterprise application development.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and guide development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, five days per week.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Identity and Access Management is a plus.

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and React.

• Champion strong development practices, continuous improvement, and overall engineering excellence.
• Work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, five days per week to support collaboration.
