Job summary

RTX is seeking a driven Project Manager to plan and execute repair capability deployment programs in support of Aftermarket Services. You will manage capital investments, develop robust business cases, and forecast costs across global centers.

The role requires strong leadership within a matrixed organization and experience with SAP and BW data sources. Travel to domestic and international locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience working with matrixed and cross‑functional teams or having prior leadership experience.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects with capital investments up to $3M–$5M.
• Develop project plans specifying charter, scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to determine business cases for new capability deployments and repair capability expansions.
• Provide monthly project schedules and forecast capital spend and expense to Finance.
