Job summary

RTX seeks a Technology Implementation Lead to guide teams and initiatives in designing, implementing, and optimizing critical business processes for Aftermarket Operations. You will align technology with strategy, ensure scalable platforms, and drive continuous improvement across regions with up to 20% travel.

This onsite role focuses on delivering reliable, secure solutions and collaborating with engineering, IT, supply chain, and operations to localize implementations for multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 3+ years in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related Aerospace/Aftermarket fields.
• PM skills and experience driving organizational change.
• Ability to influence and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
• Effective communication across management and shop personnel.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable technology roadmaps for capabilities.
• Direct daily technology team operations and ensure milestones and quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align with Aftermarket Operations.
• Lead full lifecycle: planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment, sustainment.
• Develop SOPs for global site consistency and scalable capabilities.
