Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to oversee field operations on our Advanced Technology project within the Data Center market segments in Georgia. You will ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and contract specs while coordinating with project crews.

Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, coordinating materials, tracking costs, and supporting design development with technical input.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 1+ years of construction engineering experience is required.
• Beginner knowledge of construction equipment & techniques, drawing & specifications, building materials and standards applicable to the project.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with project crews to review production schedule and ensure materials and resources are available.
• Coordinate and analyze shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data to ensure quality and contract spec compliance.
• Provide technical input for project work plan and scheduling; identify risk elements that could affect budget or schedule.
• Evaluate daily production, schedule and budget projections; document daily activities.
• Remit accurate project quantity input and control using project cost coding; coordinate with finance for labor, materials, equipment and subs.
