Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects for advanced manufacturing clients. Occasional on-site support and client coordination are expected. The position offers a hybrid work environment with two in-office days weekly in the U.S.
Step into a high-impact Project Manager – Advanced Manufacturing role where you’ll help lead the successful delivery of complex engineering projects for advanced manufacturing clients. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineering and project management professional to manage multidisciplinary projects across Advanced Technology, Manufacturing/Industrial, R&D Laboratory, and Data Center environments while partnering with clients, engineering teams, and project leadership from project inception through closeout.
As Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects supporting our Advanced Manufacturing clients. You will manage projects from inception through closeout, overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and deliverables while serving as a key point of coordination between clients, project leadership, and internal engineering disciplines.
The successful candidate will bring a mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering background along with experience supporting Advanced Manufacturing projects. This role requires the ability to coordinate complex technical teams, identify and resolve project challenges, maintain alignment with project requirements, and provide on-site support as required to successfully deliver projects.

This position may require a combination of office, remote, client-site, and project-site work based on project and business needs. Regular travel and on-site presence at client facilities and project locations will be required to support project coordination, meetings, and project delivery.
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a requirement of two in-office days per week in one of our local offices.
All candidates must be located in and eligible to work in the U.S.
Salary Range $155,000 - $185,000 (depending on experience)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the compensation scale for this role. Actual salaries will be determined based on location, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. This salary range is just one component of Glumac’s total compensation package, which includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives.
