Job summary

NEO Energy in Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major transmission line project. The role focuses on delivering safe, on-time and within-budget outcomes while building a high-performing project team and coordinating with field leadership.

The position requires strong P&L and forecasting skills, 5+ years in transmission line projects, and experience with 500kV/765kV systems. This is a fully onsite role with travel across project footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transmission line project experience.
• Experience on 500kV or 765kV projects preferred.
• Strong P&L, forecasting and commercial management skills.
• Solid leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a union construction environment.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major transmission line project.
• Develop and manage a project team of PMs and staff.
• Coordinate with field construction leadership for alignment.
• Own project P&L, forecasting and financial performance.
• Manage headcount, resources and staffing needs.
• Provide leadership across procurement, commercial and finance.
• Maintain relationships with customers, GCs, subcontractors and internal leaders.
• Drive project performance, schedule, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, changes and evolving requirements.
• Establish project controls, processes and reporting structures.
• Build and develop a high-performing project team.
• Support wider transmission growth and future major projects.
