Insight Global is seeking a Senior or Principal Project Manager to support an expanding transmission portfolio in New Albany, Ohio. This role demands a candidate who can adapt quickly, overseeing complex infrastructure projects with a strong focus on safety, budget, and time management.

The ideal applicant must possess a solid background in project management within the transmission or utility sectors, ensuring effective communication with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more intermediate to complex transmission projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide detailed project updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; reallocate resources as needed.
• Mentor junior PMs and potentially supervise up to 2 direct reports.

40-50+/hour (based on experience)

One of our clients is seeking a Senior or Principal Project Manager to support a rapidly expanding Transmission portfolio. This role requires a candidate who can step in and operate at a high level immediately, managing complex infrastructure projects with minimal ramp-up time. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in transmission, utility, or construction project management, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Strong communication and stakeholder management are critical, as this role interfaces with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
