As a senior leader within the Healthcare Business Unit, this role contributes to the development of methodologies, thought leadership, and best practices, while identifying opportunities to expand client relationships through continued value delivery.

Experience Requirement

Experience supporting perioperative and procedural environments—including Surgery, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Central Sterile Processing—is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required; an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving expertise in optimizing complex supply chain networks, material flow, and operational resources, with the ability to leverage data‑driven methodologies to improve efficiency, resiliency, and overall performance. Analytical experience related to complex supply chain resources and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their unique operational challenges, strategic goals, and operational requirements, translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to assess current‑state processes and identify opportunities for improvement across facilities and care delivery systems.
  • Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation through implementation, providing direction, mentorship, and oversight to project team members to ensure successful execution.
  • Define and communicate project objectives, scope, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with client expectations and organizational priorities.
