The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of data centre HVAC projects from project award through commissioning and final handover. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, client communication, subcontractor management, risk mitigation, and project reporting.
Working closely with customers, consultants, contractors, commissioning teams, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires regular travel throughout Virginia or North Carolina to support active project sites, client meetings, and commissioning activities.
