Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited, partnered with a leading US data center-focused platform, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You'll own project delivery, manage teams, drive schedule and budget performance, and serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and consultants on high-profile data center builds. This leadership role rewards initiative and precise execution.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of construction project management experience, including independent project delivery.
  • 10+ years of overall construction experience.
  • Proven success delivering mid to large-scale projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, documents, processes, and technology (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera).
  • Data center or mission critical project experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma minimum.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Manage and supervise project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve subcontractor bids, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections, and project meetings.
  • Provide detailed project reporting and forecasting to senior leadership.
  • Support business development by maintaining client relationships and assisting in proposal development.

  • Data center or mission critical project experience highly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred — high school diploma required as a minimum
