Job summary

Zaelab seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise delivery initiatives across CPQ, CRM, and digital transformation. You will oversee multiple Agile teams, manage budgets, forecasts, and risks while aligning stakeholders for successful execution.

The role requires strong consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive delivery in hybrid environments. Excellent client coordination and strategic reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.
• Experience managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects rather than purely operational engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple Agile development teams, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs are proactively addressed.
• Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid Agile and traditional environments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams to unify delivery around shared goals and outcomes.
• Create executive-level reporting and communicate project health, status, and forecasts effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise delivery initiatives within one of our key strategic accounts. This role will oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of large-scale digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting and implementation background, excels at leading cross-functional teams, and has a proven ability to drive delivery while creating alignment across stakeholders. Experience with CPQ programs is highly desirable, though candidates with CRM or digital commerce implementation experience are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering CPQ implementations (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms)


• Experience with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation programs


• Consulting services or systems integrator background


• Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams
