Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of complex projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• CStakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Team Coordination: Manage and guide project teams, ensuring that tasks are assigned, progress is monitored, and performance meets quality standards.
• Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, ensuring the efficient use of resources to achieve project objectives.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes and implement improvements to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues

Requirements :

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and software MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.
• Proficient in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage project scope and timelines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
