D'Leon Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Seattle, WA.
DLCE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead the next stage of our Pacific Northwest transportation practice.
This is an opportunity for an established transportation leader who wants more than responsibility for another project portfolio. You'll lead major transit and transportation assignments while helping determine how our Seattle practice grows: which opportunities we pursue, how we assemble teams, how we serve our clients, and how we develop the next generation of project leaders.
Importantly, you won't be starting from zero. DLCE has an established firm behind the Pacific Northwest practice and active transportation-contract platforms in the region. We are looking for a PM who can help turn that foundation into sustained project delivery and growth.
The right person is first and foremost an excellent project manager: trusted by clients, capable of leading complex multidisciplinary teams, commercially disciplined, and credible in front of an agency. But this person will also bring the relationships and judgment to identify opportunities, support or champion pursuits, and help grow DLCE's presence in the Pacific Northwest.
For the right person, the attraction isn't simply the next PM assignment. It's the opportunity to help build something without having to start it from scratch.
You’ll join a growing Seattle team backed by an established firm and work alongside DLCE leadership to expand our Pacific Northwest transportation portfolio. You'll have the latitude to bring your judgment to pursuit decisions, team development and project delivery while continuing to do the client-facing PM work that established your reputation in the first place.
We're especially interested in people who enjoy the entrepreneurial side of consulting but still want to lead and deliver excellent projects, not step away from them.
This could be a strong fit if you've built a successful career inside a larger transportation organization and are ready for greater influence over the direction of the practice around you.
