Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for a hands-on role in San Jose, CA. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout and manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, coordinating with a wide team including superintendents, architects, and engineers.

Projects range from $250K to $60M and span life science and commercial/industrial work. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM roles and a strong GC background, with onsite availability.

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Handle estimating, proposals, quantity takeoffs, job walks and subcontractor buyout.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Own project schedules, monthly billings, invoices and financial tracking.
• Lead owner/contractor meetings and coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
• Identify project issues early and keep schedules, budgets and deliverables on track.

Commercial Construction Project Manager

San Jose, CA | Onsite | $130K–$200K + Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join a growing Bay Area general contractor. This is a hands‑on PM role with full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout/customer move‑in.

Projects range from approximately $250K to $60M and include life science, commercial/industrial construction, tenant improvements, and seismic/structural work.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Handle estimating, proposals, quantity takeoffs, job walks and subcontractor buyout
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation
• Own project schedules, monthly billings, invoices and financial tracking

What We’re Looking For
