With a blend of in-house creations and games from our partners, our portfolio spans hundreds of games across digital and physical platforms.

As an employer of choice, we champion inclusivity, growth, and recognition, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued. Joining us means shaping unforgettable gaming experiences while contributing to a more sustainable, connected world.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the timely execution, monitoring, implementation, and delivery of assigned projects, including project scoping and planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, risk management, reporting, and handover to business teams. The person in this position is also responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with project stakeholders and supporting the continued development and structuring of the Publishing & Supply Chain organizations.

The position has an international scope, as Studios and Supply Chain teams are located across North America and Europe, with a stronger focus on U.S. Studios and U.S. Supply Chain projects.

    • Define milestones and identify critical paths
    • Ensure a holistic approach across Processes, People, and Systems to establish realistic and sustainable targets
    • Adapt and refine the roadmap over time to reflect evolving priorities and business needs

    • Contribute to building a transformation culture focused on transparency, empowerment, and continuous learning
  • Outside of the main projects, and in collaboration with operational teams, maintain a curious and lean mindset to identify underperforming activities, support root-cause analysis, and drive performance improvement action plans, including tracking results
  • Ensure end-to-end, cross-functional coordination across impacted departments (e.g., Legal, Tax, HR, Road-to-Market), promoting a global and integrated approach to transformation
  • Actively contribute to the S&T team:
    • Participate in monthly S&T team meetings to support knowledge and best-practice sharing
    • Help develop best practices, processes, and tools within the S&T team
