GH Engage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects across Pennsylvania and surrounding markets. You will manage complex projects from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating owners, designers, and field teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role demands 10+ years of PM experience in industrial construction, strong design-build and preconstruction skills, and expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and client management.

Lead Complex Industrial Projects for a Growing Design-Build Contractor

A nationally recognized design-build contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects across Pennsylvania and surrounding markets.

This role is ideal for a construction leader who thrives in fast-paced, technically demanding environments and can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

• Advanced manufacturing facilities

• 10+ years of project management experience within industrial construction
• Manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or cold storage project experience required

• Strong design-build and preconstruction experience
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination
• Ability to lead technically complex, fast-track construction projects
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
