Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks Project Managers to support major data center and advanced technology construction projects nationwide.

You will lead project teams, oversee cost control, scheduling, procurement, and change management, and collaborate with field leadership to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Ground-up or complex construction experience.
• Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willing to travel for projects.
• Experience with data centers or complex sectors encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from planning through turnover.
• Own cost control, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership.
• Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project docs.
• Maintain strong owner and design-team communication.

A leading national design-build general contractor is hiring Project Managers to support major mission-critical, data center, advanced technology, and industrial construction projects.

We're looking for construction professionals with strong project-management fundamentals who want access to a substantial national pipeline of technically complex work.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from planning through turnover
• Own project cost control, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and change management
• Coordinate closely with field leadership
• Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Maintain strong owner and design-team communication
• Develop APMs and Project Engineers

Qualifications

• Ground-up and/or complex construction experience
• Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor-management skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Open to project-related travel
• Candidates with backgrounds in data centers, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, and other complex sectors are encouraged to apply.
