• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and technology initiatives.
• Expertise in Risk & Issue Management, planning, and execution.
• Experience with Go-Live, Cutover Planning & Execution, and Post-Implementation Support.
• Strong UAT coordination and Change Management experience.
• Experience in Quality Management and project delivery governance.
• Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies, PI Planning, and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
